In-store returns
You can return your purchase easily in any of the Max Mara stores offering this service. Our staff will activate the returns procedure and take care of it for you.
This service is only available in ITALY and you have 14 days from delivery. Lastly, remember that when you make a return in-store, you must show your order number and should not activate the online procedure.
